Rules
The Objective: The goal of this game is not to «win,» but to gain valuable insights. By comparing the choices of human experts, the collective audience, and a logical AI, we aim to better understand the challenges and strategies for successfully integrating AI into our sales processes.
How We Will Play: The game consists of 5 rounds. Each round will follow the same simple steps:
- The Case Presentation: The moderator will present one of the five simulated cases. Each case describes a realistic dilemma faced by an insurance agent or company using AI assistance.
- Consider the Actions: Following the case, three possible courses of action will be presented: Action A, Action B, and Action C.
- Cast Your Vote: All participants will have approximately 90 seconds to decide which action they believe is the best response to the situation.
- Event Participants (Team Audience): You will vote anonymously using the event application on your smartphones. Please have it ready.
- Panelists (Team Expert): You will also cast your individual votes using the same system. Be prepared to defend your choice.
- The AI (Team AI): The AI has also analyzed the cases and will submit its chosen action along with a brief, logical justification for its decision.
- The Reveal & Discussion: Once the voting is closed, the results will be displayed on screen, showing:
- The percentage breakdown of the audience vote.
- The choice made by the AI and its reasoning.
- The choices made by our panelists.
- The Debrief: The moderator will facilitate a discussion with the expert panel about the results. They will explore the reasoning behind their choices and react to the decisions made by the audience and the AI.
